Chef Nicholas is coming to New York City and Orlando!

Well everyone, here is the last blog post of 2016! I think it best to go out with a bang. Yes. People are always asking when Chef Nicholas will be coming to their town. Well, those of you in (or near) New York City and Orlando, Florida are in luck! Chef Nicholas is heading to both cities NEXT month! So, if you have Christmas money burning in your pocket, why not sign up for one of these great classes!

First up, Chef Nicholas will be traveling to New York City to teach Winter and Spring Flowers at NY Cake Academy! This one-day class, on January 7th, will feature four gorgeous flowers: calla lily, cherry blossom, wisteria, and lilac. These flowers are beautiful on wedding cakes, so why not come out and spend the day learning from Chef Nicholas?! Chef Nicholas doesn’t often teach in New York City, so this is a rare opportunity for those of you who have been wishing for him to come! If you would like more information, or to sign up, you can do so at the NY Cake Academy website.

Now, if the idea of New York City in January makes you shiver, that is quite alright. Chef Nicholas will be traveling to the warmer climes of Orlando, Florida in mid-January! Chef Nicholas is returning to the Sweet Chalet for a second, FREE, Renshaw Difference Demo on January 12, and will be staying on to teach a two-day class January 14-15. The class Chef Nicholas is teaching is perfect for sunny Florida: Exotic and Tropical Flowers! Students will learn anthurium, bird-of-paradise, bougainvillea, hibiscus, plumeria (frangipani), white ginger, palm leaves, and large tropical leaves. This is one of my favorite Nicholas Lodge classes; I love love love tropical flowers and everything about this class makes me smile! If you would like more information on Chef Nicholas’ Renshaw Difference demo and the two-day Exotic and Tropical Flowers class at Sweet Chalet, give Maressa a call at 321-363-4841 or visit the Sweet Chalet website.

Chef Nicholas is so looking forward to visiting both New York City and Orlando. I am sure he is excited to see both new and familiar faces in each of his upcoming classes. It’s not too late to sign up for either of these events. Just use the links I have provided above to sign up for Chef Nicholas’ class at the NY Cake Academy or the demo and class at the Sweet Chalet.

On a final note, Chef Nicholas, Scott, myself, and the rest of the ISAC family hope you have been having a happy, healthy, and joyous holiday season. We wish you a very SWEET New Year!

Sweetly yours,

Stephanie
