Chef Joseph Cumm is coming back to ISAC! Last February, Chef Joe taught an amazing mini-chocolate showpiece class. This fall he’s back to teach Introduction to Chocolate and Bon Bons! YUM!

Chef Joe wants to teach you how to chocolate in Studio B!

This is a 1-day class, but it is PACKED full of amazing techniques. If you want to learn how to temper chocolate, make ganache, and make your own modeling chocolate, than this is the class for you. If you want to create beautiful chocolate confections such as stylish bon bons and elegant truffles, than this is the class for you. If you want to learn how to use modeling chocolate to make a gorgeous, edible, chocolate rose, than this is the class for you.

Mouth watering chocolate truffles!

Of course, you will need a box to carry home all your chocolatey treats. Luckily, Chef Joe will be teaching all of his students how to make a stunning (and yummy) chocolate box to display your confections! This class is in the early fall, right before all the big holidays. Why not gift your friends and family with some inspired bon bons, truffles, and an edible box!

With this class being 1-Day, Chef Cumm will utilize hands on learning as well as demonstration in order to create it all and have a great product to take home with you! Join Chef Joseph Cumm in ISAC’s Studio B this October 7, 2017. As always, everything you need to create the class projects will be provided, as will lunch!

ISAC 25th Anniversary Fun Fact: In late 2009  a new staff begins at ISAC including Emily Segars, Gretchen Norman, Molly Weathers, and Stephanie Sakoutis.

Sweetly yours,

Stephanie
