Are you ready for Open House?!

There is less than two weeks to go until our 2016 Grand Holiday Open House!! Following the tradition that we began last year, ISAC will again be hosting two fantastic guest instructors- Wayne Steinkopf and Steven Stellingwerf. Chef Nicholas will also be debuting two brand new products in his demonstrations!

Last year at our Grand Holiday Open House, Chef Nicholas debuted these

gorgeous poinsettia’s as part of his then upcoming Craftsy class!

You may remember that I wrote a blog post about Wayne’s Christmas ball ornament demo at the Grand Holoday Open House (and his two fantastic classes: Gravity Defying Christmas Candy Bowl Cake and Santa Got Stuck). The ornament is 100% edible and decorated with sophisticated lace elements. I cannot wait to see Wayne craft these gorgeous holiday ornaments in person, I’m sure you feel the same way…

Steven will have an equally amazing demo- he will be creating a 3D holiday sleigh out of gingerbread! Not only will he be building a delicious sleigh, he will also be using the Simi Cake Sculpture Kit (shout out to last year’s guest instructor Sidney Galpern!). Now, unlike Wayne’s projects, I have not seen any photos of Steven’s 3D gingerbread sleigh, so I am really looking forward to see how it all comes together- literally and figuratively. I have been picturing little sleighs atop holiday cakes, and sleighs holding place cards at holiday dinners, delighting loved ones as holiday gifts! Can you tell my imagination has been running wild with the possibilities?!

Now, I have good news and some not so good news. Bad news first- most of the sessions at our Open House are full, or nearly full. The GOOD news is that the 2016 ISAC Grand Holiday Open House is not completely sold out- you still have time to reserve your seat! If you are like me, NOT a morning person, I have even better news- the 2pm Saturday session still has quite a few seats open. So, grab some friends, secure your spot and join us for a fun filled afternoon with Wayne, Steven and Chef Nicholas.

Oh, hey… I forgot… Chef  Nicholas. So, I never know what Chef Nicholas is planning for Open House demos until you do! But this year, I do happen to know that he will debuting two new products from Renshaw! Chef Nicholas has shared these products at a few events recently, but they will finally be available for purchase in the United States at our Grand Holiday Open House! I don’t want to ruin the surprise for those of you who don’t know. But these items are game changers! Just more incentive to join us on November 19th or 20th!

Here’s a clue!

If you’d like to reserve your seat at our 2016 Grand Holiday Open House, featuring Wayne Steinkopf, Steven Stellingwerf, and Chef Nicholas Lodge, you can call us at 1-800-662-8925 or sign up online for the session of your choice by clicking here
