SUPERSpatch! YES!

DSC_0006F1.jpg

Chef Nicholas has been in “The Biz,” for a long time. He has gained lots of friends, lots of products, and lots of respect. Not surprisingly, Chef Nicholas often gets to try new products that vendors send in order to gain his professional opinion. I love when I get to share these amazing new products with YOU! This week I am even more excited, because this is a product I have been dreaming of! The SuperSpatch, by JoSpatch!

I would be willing to bet everyone who reads this blog has made a cake and icing. I would also be willing to bet that many of you have a stand mixer. How many of you have used your fingers (clean fingers!), to scrape the remaining batter and icing off the paddle attachment? I have, I admit it! No batter left behind! I don’t mind licking the beaters every now and then, but as a professional, I needed a better, neater, and cleaner option.

JoSpatch has created an amazing new product, the SuperSpatch!  This innovative spatula kind of looks like the baby of Pacman and a regular spatula. At the top center is a V-shape, and below that a half-moon shape. The V and the half-moon shape work together to completely, and neatly, scrape off all of the batter or icing from the paddle mixer!

You can really see here how effectively the SuperSpatch can surround the blades of the paddle to clean everything off!

Um, I love love love this product. I really wanted to share how well this SuperSpatch works, I decided to share this video by JoSpatch.

Well, what do you think? I cannot wait to make another cake or batch of Swiss Merengue Buttercream so I can use my new SuperSpatch! The SuperSpatch is available at our retail gallery and on our website here. This product is going to make my life so much easier! Yay for the SuperSpatch!

ISAC 25th Anniversary Fun Fact: In 2001, Nicholas is invited to participate at the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival for the first time. However, due to the events of 9/11, the event is canceled.

Sweetly yours,

Stephanie
