First, I must mention the National Gingerbread Competition one more time. I have to let you know about the wonderful video that was created by Scott Ewing at ISAC that will give you all the details and photographs for all of the entries at the competition. It will make you feel like you were actually there at the event.

The demonstration will focus on fun ideas for decorating cookies, cupcakes, mini Yule logs, gingerbread houses and so much more! He is offering his demonstrations classes for only $5.00 per person.
