Renshaw Academy is BACK!

Hey, hey, hey! Last month, Chef Nicholas kicked off Renshaw Academy; amazing and intensive cake decorating certification courses designed by Chef Nicholas exclusively for Renshaw. There are three different modules: Sugar Flowers, Sugarpaste (rolled fondant), and Royal Icing. In March, the very first Renshaw Academy class on American soil took at ISAC. This first class was the Sugar Flower module. In May, Chef Nicholas will be teaching the second module: Sugarpaste!

Continuing with first time ever, this Sugarpaste class is being offered for the first time on May 5-7, 2018. That means, all students in this class have the honor and the pleasure of being the first graduating class of Renshaw Academy Sugarpaste. Can you say exclusive club?! Students in this class (and in all of the Renshaw Academy classes) will receive not only a Chef Nicholas Lodge International Sugar Art Collection, but also a Renshaw Academy Certificate. Even better, when you complete ALL THREE modules in the Renshaw Academy you get a Master's Certificate! Hooray! 

So, what do students learn in this Renshaw Academy Sugarpaste class? Over the course of three days, students will work on two dummy cakes. Many different techniques (about 20! Wowza!) will be covered in this course, and many can be applied to buttercream and rolled buttercream cakes. Why does that matter? Because it means that these techniques are adaptable to whatever medium you prefer to use. If you are new to the cake decorating world, this is a great class to start with. If you already use fondant, but haven't tried Renshaw rolled fondant and want to see what all the fuss is about, then this is a great class for you! If you have tried fondant, but are not yet confident, or want to really expand your knowledge, then by all means! Sign up for this AMAZING Renshaw Academy class!
