Chef Nicholas is coming to Orlando!

A few weeks ago, I shared that Chef Nicholas will be attending two different cake shows in October: Show Me Sweets Edible Art and Cake Competition (October 21) in St. Louis, MO, and Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show (October 29) in Toronto, Canada. The sweets communities of the Midwest and our northern neighbors are pretty lucky. Well, I am here to tell you that the good people of Orlando, Florida are in for some Chef Nicholas awesome-ness as well! Chef Nicholas will be attending The Americas Cake Fair October 13-15, 2017!

Chef Nicholas, and fellow cake decorating rock star Joshua John Russell, will be holding court at the ISAC-In2Food vendor booth. Both gentlemen chefs will be showcasing some amazing demos right at the booth! Chef Nicholas and Chef Josh will have loads of amazing products for all your decorating, baking, and sweets making needs! Seeing Chefs Nicholas and Josh in one spot is pretty amazing if you ask me, but this cake show is LOADED with celebrities including Buddy Valastro and Ron Ben Israel (one of Chef Nicholas’ oldest friends). There will be hands on classes, demonstrations, and business seminars.

Oh, and let’s not forget the Sugar Arts Fashion Show!!! Our own Chef Joshua will be one of the cake artist turned fashion designers for this mouth-watering haute couture show! Every model will strut down the catwalk in an edible ensemble! Food meets fashion.

Chef Nicholas hopes to see all of his Florida students and friends at the show. Especially since it can bring some much needed relief and fun after the terribly destructive Hurricane Irma. We hope that everyone in Florida (as well as those still suffering in Texas) are safe and are staying strong through these difficult times. Please know that Chef Nicholas and the ISAC family have you in our thoughts!
