Tylose Powder – 55grams container

Used to make the Chef Nicholas Lodge gumpaste.
One container will yield approximately 3 pounds of gumpaste with the Chef Nicholas recipe.

*Chef Nicholas stated in his classes that it was almost impossible to make a bad batch of Tylose gumpaste. If the gumpaste is too dry, add a little more shortening and egg white. If the paste is too soft, knead in a little more Tylose Powder.
