Size Guide – Heavy Duty Paper Version

The Size Guide, created by Nicholas Lodge, features 16 round openings to aid the sugar artist in creating the proper size of gumpaste or rolled fondant for a project. Typically you begin with 2/3 of the ball above the top of the guide with 1/3 extending below, unless stated differently in the instructions.
All of the Nicholas Lodge classes, books, written instructions, DVD’s, Craftsy, Blueprint and on-line classes refer to using the size guide.
Many sugar art teachers and instructors around the globe have now adapted this teaching method and incorporate the NL Size Guide into their instructional classes.
