Making Things Better!

The team here at ISAC is always trying to make things better, easier and more efficient for our customers and friends.  There are many ways we can accomplish this.  We can do this the old-fashioned way and send out surveys by mail; or we can make phone calls to everyone.  But surveys by mail just get tossed in the trash can (at least that is what I tend to do) and who has the time to make all those phone calls?

With the age of computers and fast technology, the internet is a much better option for these types of things.  There are a lot of websites that ask their users to leave a review about a business, like Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google or Ebay to name a few.  The more reviews that a business gets, the better the business is perceived and people who read the reviews will be more inclined to use that business if others have given it a favorable review.

So, based on that introduction and without getting too technical…. We would like your help.  Would you consider writing a review for ISAC?  We would love to hear about your thoughts, suggestions and creative ideas about how we are doing.

Here are some conversation starters to think about when you write your review.

  • Have you ever taken a class with Chef Nicholas? What was the class about?  How long was the class?  Did you enjoy the class?  Would you come back again?
  • Have you ever shopped at the ISAC website for their great products? What did you order?  Did it arrive on time and in good order?
  • Did you travel to the Retail gallery in Atlanta, Georgia to shop? What did you like or dislike about the gallery?  Did you find what you were looking for?

I have to say, I have had the opportunity to experience all 3 of those things listed above and each time my experience has been exceptional!  The team that runs things at ISAC is the best at what they do.  Molly manages the day-to-day activities of the Retail gallery, the online store and Chef Nicholas classes.  They do all that with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.  And they know their stuff!!

Here are a few photos of the ISAC classroom.

Chef Nicholas classes are a lot of fun and you learn so much!  All of the supplies, tools and class instructions are provided for you.  Chef takes a personal interest in all his students to make sure they understand the class project and helping where he can.

Have you been to the Retail gallery?  It is so much fun to come and browse the tools and supplies that they have on hand.  Most all of these products can also be found online.  If you don’t see what you want, just ask!  Molly is a great resource on everything that is there!

I know that life is busy, busy, busy, but we would absolutely love it if you would take a minute to let us know how we are doing.  You can write comments about anything you want, don’t limit yourself to the questions above.  How about commenting on our Blog?  How am I doing?
