More Macarons!
Last week I mentioned that Chef Joe Cumm would be returning to ISAC and Studio B this December for a class on French Macarons and petit fours. The class was completely sold out in four days!! Wow. I understand, I love me some French Macarons. I love the variety of flavors and how light and airy they are with a slight crunch when you take a bite. Yum, yum, yum.
Well, because the class proved so immensely popular, Chef Joe has graciously agreed to add a second class! The second class will be held on Sunday, December 10th (from 8:30-3:30). The class is limited to only 12 students, so it's very likely that this class will also sell out quickly.
Chef Joe will be teaching his students how to make perfect macaron shells, and a multitude of delicious fillings to complement any palate. Don't forget that petit fours will also be taught to round out the fancy dessert class!
We are always thrilled to host Chef Joe, and we are even more excited that this particular class, Macarons and Petit Fours, is so popular with our students! If you would like to sign up for this tres chic class, then I recommend doing so quickly. As I said, the first class sold out in four days. This class is a second chance for all of you who missed signing up for the first class- don't miss out again!
Oh! This weekend is our Grand Holiday Open House. We still have several spots open in each of the sessions. Why not sign up and join in on the fun?! We will have two fantastic guest instructors: Reva Alexander-Hawk and Tunde Dugantsi, and of course Chef Nicholas will have his amazing demo too! If you'd like to sign up, head to our website or give us a call at
Sweetly yours,
Stephanie
