The Nicholas Lodge ISAC School started in 1992 and soon after lunch began being served to the students attending classes. Soon, students began asking for the the recipes and the original ISAC lunch recipe book was launched in 2009 to fill this request. The original book was then narrowed down to the Top 100 Most Popular items and each recipe was retested, photographed and released in this new edition, "Lunch is Ready 2" for the 25th anniversary of ISAC in 2017.
