Fundamentals of Rolled Fondant, Royal Icing &
Sugar Flowers Boot Camp

9:00 am - 6:00pm each day
We have been asked numerous times to offer a shorter version of the popular Nicholas Lodge 9-day Renshaw Academy Master Class. As a result Nicholas has developed a “NEW” 5 day class taking the key elements from his 9-day class with focus on teaching the basic fundamentals. This “NEW” class with feature:
Days 1-3: Rolled Fondant Techniques and Royal Icing techniques all created on one 2-tier cake
Day 4-5: Create a Sugar Flower Spray
This 5-day class is the perfect opportunity for the student who wants to learn the three main techniques used in cake decorating and will focus on teaching you the core techniques and skills to then build upon.
This is the perfect class session to attend if you own a bakery and wish to expand your skills and techniques.
All of the necessary tools and equipment needed to participate in the class will be provide for you to use. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment prior to the class. Anything used in the class that you wish to purchase will be available for purchase in the ISAC Retail Gallery after class.
Each day a light lunch will be served to the students.

Please note: We have two students already registered for this 5-day class that will require the class to be translated into Spanish. If you are considering attending this class and available to translate, we will offer a special reduced rate on the class for your help and assistance with translation. (You will need to have excellent communication skills in speaking both English and Spanish.)

New Class Info:
Due to the current Covid-19 virus, the class will be limited to a maximum of six (6) students. Each student will be seated at their own 6-foot table, so that we may observe current social-distancing guidelines. We encourage students to wear face masks or face protection to class.
