The Coolest Piping Tips Known to Man!
At our Spring Open House earlier this month we debuted some brand new piping tips by In2Food (you may be familiar with their spokesman, Joshua John Russell!). Joshua has been giving lots of sneak peeks at these tips on his Facebook page, and we were so excited to see the tips in action and share them with all of our favorite people (you!). Since not everyone who reads our blog could attend our event, I thought I would write up a little blog post about these fantastic tips and show them in action!

Let me first explain why these tips are so... well, so awesome! Let's take a stroll down memory lane, back to the very first buttercream flower you made. Remember how unsure you were about holding the bag the right way, how much pressure to apply, when to stop applying pressure and lift away? Then, you would have one petal done! Well, with the Stainless Steel Floral Piping Tip Set, you can make an entire flower with one squeeze of your piping bag! In fact, that is Joshua's favorite thing about this set; he told me, "I like the rose tip best because roses are the first flower you learn in decorating 101! It's fun to just be able to squeeze the bag and the flower falls right out!!" I mean, just look at that image at the top of the page! Each tip makes a specific flower, so you have 11, yes, ELEVEN different flowers to create with this set. It's pretty awesome. I bet if you make a lot of wedding or bridal shower cupcakes these would really cut down on your production time! No more one flower at a time, you can bang out roses faster than brides can say, "I do!" In2Food has you covered in the leaf and foliage department too; the companion Stainless Steel Foliage Piping Tip Set has six different tips!

These tips are made out of very high quality stainless steel, and will give very nice, defined flowers and leaves. I think you will all be very impressed with the ease of use. I know it can be hard to imagine giving a piping bag one squeeze and entire flower is there perfectly, then let me share a fun little video with you! I'm pretty sure you'll be even more excited to try these piping tips after watching Joshua John Russell decorating a cake in minutes!
What do you think?! Amazing right!? If you are dying to try these new tips out, then you are in luck- we are now carrying them in store at the International Sugar Art Collection! The sets come separately, but work seamlessly together (as you can see from the video above!). You can find the Floral set here and the Foliage set here. I'd love to know what you all think of these great new tips, do you think they will make your decorating lives much easier?!
Oh, and a big thanks to Joshua John Russell for sharing his photos and the In2Food video of the Stainless Steel Floral and Foliage Piping tip sets!
Sweetly yours,
Stephanie
